INSTRUCTIONS
Hen House Harry, fresh from his escapades with the chickens, now
has a new task. He must enter an Easter Egg factory and create
chocolate eggs for the kids. However, this isn't as easy as it
sounds as the factory has been invaded by nasties, all the
machinery has been turned off, and the ingredients for the eggs
are scattered all over the place! Harry must collect milk, cocoa,
sugar and other such foodstuffs and put them into the correct
parts of the egg machines, which must then be activated! Numerous
objects can be found in the factory that will help Harry in his
quest. Harry can pick up and carry only one item at a time,
although there are ways around this!

GENERAL FACTS
This game was subtitled 'Chocky Egg' and released at Easter time!
Oddly enough, this was one of the first arcade games ever to
feature a save game option. You could save the game to tape at
any time and reload at a later date. It was also possible to save
the high score table to tape. The main difference between the
two games is that Chuckie Egg was based on a single screen and
you had to collect all of the objects to advance. In Chuckie Egg
II the emphasis was more on exploring the factory at your leisure
and solving puzzles. The graphics are generally more varied than
the original Chuckie Egg, although the graphic for Hen House
Harry is different to that of the first game.

NOTES
When you produce the follow up to one of the best ever Speccy
games, you can never hope to reproduce the original's appeal
(apart from maybe Manic Miner / Jetset Willy). Chuckie Egg II is
a great game, but not half as good as the original. It's less of
an arcade game and more of an adventure, it's very hard, it's
MUCH bigger, but it's just not as fun.
